Admissions
Admissions every year are done on the basis of guidelines given by CET cell and MUHS
CET Cell (State Common Entrance Test Cell):
- Conducts entrance exams (like NEET) for admission to professional courses in Maharashtra, including medical and dental programs.
- Prepares merit lists based on the entrance exam scores.
- Manages the online counselling process for seat allocation.
MUHS (Maharashtra University of Health Sciences):
- Affiliates medical and dental colleges in Maharashtra. This means colleges need MUHS approval to operate.
- Sets academic standards and curriculum for these programs.
- May also have a role in the verification of documents and eligibility of candidates during the admission process.
